Several machines offered by Zemat Technology Group can be used in the advertising industry. Customers make a lot of products on them and praise the reliability and ease of use. The most frequently chosen machines for the advertising industry are DEPTA, SIGNA DUO and SIMPLA.
DEPTA high frequency welders can be used in two ways. With small shaped electrodes, small elements can be produced:
Sitting position of the operator and the pressure of the electrode operated by foot make the work at the machine efficient. The machine can also be equipped with 250 mm long linear electrodes. Due to its compact size and wide access to the working area, larger materials can be easily maneuvered. Therefore, HF welding machine DEPTA is ideal for welding also larger products. These are especially inflatable objects, where the strength of the weld and its tightness are of key importance:
For welding larger objects with long straight shapes, SIMPLA machines can be used.
Two-station SIGNA DUO machines allow for contstant work for two operators. The much larger surface of the working table and the pneumatic pressure are the perfect solution to increase the production volume. In this type of machines, layers of the product to be welded are placed on specially marked places on the work table. The table then enters the welding chamber and an automatic HF welding cycle follows. A specially shaped electrode is pressed with a pressure plate and after a programmed time the product is ready.
The electrodes have two functions. In one machine cycle, welding takes place and unnecessary material is cut off. With machines of this size, it is possible to make more products in one cycle. Thanks to two work tables, during the welding process one of the operators prepares the next batch.
There are two models of PULSA impulse welding machines, ECO and SUPRIM. PULSA SUPRIM is an automatic impulse seam welding machine that can have a working length of up to 700 cm. Due to this feature, it is possible to weld various large-format objects. The tooling of the machine allows to weld reinforced overlaps, make pockets or zippers. The RINGA machine is dedicated for welding eyelets which enables to hang or other assembly of large format advertisements.
Zemat Technology Group produces other types of machines that can be used in the advertising industry. FORMA thermoforming machines can be used to form 3D objects from hard foils like, for example, a 3D logo. RANDIX cutting systems can be used to cut out from PVC advertising objects. Thanks to the large working table and the fast precise tooling head, the plotter is able to quickly cut, for example, life-size figures or characters. The possibility of cutting in many different materials also allows for precise preparation of elements that will be welded in the next stage of production.
