The second type of heat sealer machine is the Terma R, a carousel-style constant heat sealer that automates packaging production.
A typical application for Terma R involves the preparation of blister packaging, i.e. the combination of a carton with a foil moulding prepared during thermoforming. Terma R heat sealers are characterised by their efficiency and reliability, even during high production loads.

Heat sealing consists of bonding two components together by means of a constant heat source. This process is initiated with heating the sealing mould to the appropriate temperature.
