Smooth and efficient operation

Standard products manufactured using these machines include tents, banners, barriers, tarpaulins, covers, inflatable products or all kinds of modern canopies. Machines from TARPA PRO series are equipped with powerful and economical generators with outputs: 10, 15, 20 or optionally 25 kW. The higher power enables a larger area to be sealed during a single cycle (up to 1000 cm2) and for heavy tarpaulin or membrane materials to be sealed. Automatic welder TARPA PRO features a precision linear drive and guides to ensure perfectly smooth travel of the HF head. The work table cay be up to 100 metres long and consists of 800 mm long sections. On a single track, two synchronously operating and complementary sealing heads can be installed. The machine may also incorporate the innovative AXYZ Move™ transverse head movement system over a ±60mm range. Standard equipment comprises a capacious rear material trough. A number of amenities or comfort features are available as options for the machines. There is the possibility of ordering a machine with, among other things, operator platforms integrated into the travelling head, a front trough, laser line projectors, a table made of stainless magnetic steel enabling magnets to be used to fix the workpiece, or a vacuum table for convenient handling and positioning of long pieces of welded material under the electrode. A standard tooling consists of a 1500mm linear electrode, while the functionality of the unit can be increased by using additional electrode types:

Automatic HF welder features advanced software and electronics, such as the ATS™ autotuning system and the WCS™ weld control system – controlled by a PLC integrated with a 10” touchscreen. A state-of-the-art and intuitive interface provides simplicity of operation and the software allows full control of the machine’s movements: spot welding, left-right-left cycles, parking and starting from either end or overlap welding. A strict approach to safety during operation takes place through the use of, for example, safety curtains, space scanners or a safe electrode lowering system. TARPA PRO is compliant with all EU standards and directives for safety at work.
