We offer low, medium and high power triodes and tetrodes in glass, metal-glass and metal-ceramic housings. The emission power of the tubes is in the range of 130 – 120 kW, and the maximum operating frequencies are up to 300 MHz. There are also available triodes for typical industrial applications with frequencies from 13 to 40 MHz and power ratings from 500 W to 65 kW.
