Designed for uncommon large-size products for making finishing welds, often on an almost ready product. The unusual deep construction with large clearance between the sealing bars and mobility (equipped with wheels) makes this machine available to be putted under a large, often very heavy product. Impulse sealer with a working width up to 3500 mm
Designed for welding or welding + cutting off a sleeve or a half-sleeve made from foil. Dedicated for making large bags made of foil, e.g. PE. Machine can worke with a foil unwinder and a receiving table or other receiving system. Sealing stripes are equipped with resistance tapes 4 to 10 mm width. Machine has pneumatic drive of the sealing bars and in this version it is possible to thermally cut off the foil with a resistance wire
Impulse sealer with 950 mm working width
Designed for welding and cutting both films and fabrics covered with a thermoplastic layer (e.g. PVC or polyurethane). Equipped with automatic cutting of the material using a driven circular knife (mechanical cutting). Sealing strips equipped with resistance tapes ranging from 8 or 10 mm. Water-cooled sealing bars to ensure stable conditions and repeatable product quality. Pneumatic drive of the sealing bars.
Impulse sealer making two parallel 100 mm wide welds
Adjustable spacing between welds. Designed for welding reinforcements in zipper ends in big bags with a zipper closure (eg. body bags). Sealing bars equipped with 4 mm heating tapes. Foot-operated drive of the sealing bars.
Impulse sealer with 600 mm working width (possible widths 400–1200 mm)
A characteristic feature are easily replaceable sealing bars, that can be replaced depending on the production needs. Only one (usually the upper) or both (upper and lower) sealing bars are equipped with resistance heating elements. Machine is equipped with pneumatic drive of the sealing bars. Thanks to the extensive control interface and ability to storing the parameters of the welding process, the machine is dedicated for laboratories or research and development departments (also for more demanding production applications).

Equipped with a weighing table. Intended for the packaging of products in foil bags, usually made of PE foil. The weighing function allows to control the completeness or the number of items packed in the bag. Sealing bars equipped with heating tapes ranging from 3 to 8 mm. Machine can be equipped with a thermal date display function. and has pneumatic drive of the sealing bars.

Impulse sealer dedicated for closing tubes made of weldable materials
400 mm wide sealing bars are vertically positioned. Available double-sided welding with a resistance tape (6 to 10 mm wide). Equipped with a table with sockets for positioning the tubes. Replaceable sockets depending on the diameter of the tube. The height of the table is smoothly adjustable. Pneumatic drive of the sealing bars.
Production line for manual production of protective bags made of PE foil
Equipped with a stand for the raw material - (PE bubble foil), a device for folding the foil into a half-sleeve, a pneumatic welding modult and a receiving table. The folding module allows folding with an offset. The receiving table with a ruler or adjustable bumper is used to measure the length of the bag. Fully manual operation by one operator. Working width of the welding machine is 800 mm (other widths possible). Bags are welding with resistance wire. The length of the bags can be up to 600 mm (depending on the length of the receiving table). Other lenhts are possible according to customer needs.

Automatic impulse sealer for the production of foil bags
The working width of the presented model is 2000 mm. Other widths are possible. Machine is equipped with a foil unwinder and a receiving table with a belt drive. Automatic unwinding of the film from the beam, programmed length measurement, welding and cutting the film with a perforating knife. Designed for the production of foil hoods with a half-sleeve or PE sleeve. Double sealing bars with a perforating knife in the center. Each pair of sealing strips is equipped with heating elements on both sides - from the top and bottom, allowing for effective and aesthetic welding of up to four layers of PE foil (e.g. a sleeve with a fold).
In the presented model each bag is picked up from the table by the operator. Possible special packaging system for a given number of bags. Heating tapes widths are from 4 to 10 mm. Pneumatic drive of the sealing bars. Unwinding and measuring foil, receiving table equipped with asynchronous motors controlled by inverters, possible servo drives if the measuring accuracy requires it.
