Possibilities of using Zemat machines in the swimming pool industry

The swimming pool industry is a thriving industry. People who live in houses choose to install a backyard swimming pool. It is a great way to rest and relax. Thanks to the machines offered by Zemat Technology Group, the costs of building swimming pools are more affordable.

The most common product of high-frequency welding machines is a variety of pool liners. These are products that replace ceramic tiles on the bottom and walls of the pool. The solution is much faster and cleaner to install. Lower price also determines the popularity of this solution. Thanks to the prints, swimming pool liners can be full-color printed to make high aesthetic impression and are at the same time very easy to maintain. Pool liners are mainly made of PVC foil.

The PVC film is welded into suitable shapes using high-frequency machines. Depending on the production volume, the following machines are offered: a stationary SIMPLA machine or a machine with a traveling head TARPA PRO. TARPA PRO can have a working table up to 100 m. long, so it is possible to easily produce elements for even very large pools.

Suitable shapes for welding can be cut with RANDIX plotters, which can be ordered with a work table of an individually adjusted size. Easy tool change on the modular head allows for accurate cutting of many types of materials.

Swimming pool covers

Another group of products are swimming pool covers. There are several types of them. The covers may be manually folded sheets, or they may be automatically rolled up. They can also have reinforcements so that it is possible to walk safely on the cover folded over the water surface. The cover is used to protect the pool from children or animals, or dirt and leaves. They also prevent the cooling of water in heated pools and protect against snow during winter. The reinforcements in such products or their edges can also be welded on TARPA PRO or SIMPLA machines.
