The most popular machines for the production of blinds or awnings are impulse welders. They can be used for the production of various products, enable work with many dedicated materials, and special equipment and functionality are ideally suited for making specific elements of roller shutters or pergolas.
Impulse welders are quite simple constructions. The upper and lower welding electrodes must be heated to the appropriate temperature and then clamp with the appropriate force and for the needed amount of time on the material to be welded. After this step is done, there is the cooling time. During this time, the material is still compressed by the electrodes. Appropriate selling of all parameters: welding and cooldown times, pressure force and temperature allows to obtain a durable and strong weld.
The offer of Zemat Technology Group includes two models of impulse welders, ideally suited for the production of roller shutters or pergolas. These are PULSA ECO and the automatic PULSA SUPRIM. Machines have several functions:
PULSA SUPRIM automatically adjusts to the selected type of welding, while PULSA ECO offers manual tooling that performs the above-mentioned functions.
By precisely regulating the welding temperature of both the lower and upper bar, the production of roller shutters is fully controlled and allows accurate welding even delicate materials. As the result, there are repeatable and strong welds. Equipment of the device includes advanced security systems e.g. optical sensors or optional laser pointers for easier positioning of the material. It gives full control over making subsequent orders.
Apart from welding machines, RANDIX plotters can also be used in the production of blinds or awnings. Machines can be equipped with a laser cutting head, which is especially important when cutting shredded materials that are often used to make blinds. The plotter provides perfectly smooth cutting lines for every time.
