From November 17–20, 2025, we will be present at COMPAMED in Düsseldorf – one of Europe’s leading trade fairs dedicated to technologies and components for the medical industry. RF (Radio Frequency) Welders – Precision, Cleanliness, and Repeatability
RF/HF (Radio / High Frequency) technology has been supporting the growth of the medical industry for decades. During the welding process, a high-frequency electromagnetic field heats the material evenly at the joint area. This ensures that the weld is clean, consistent, and free from local overheating.

In medical configurations, Zemat impulse welders can be made of stainless steel. This design facilitates work with sensitive materials and liquid products in cleanroom environments. SIGNA TB – RF Welder with Dual-Table Design
The SIGNA TB model is a modern RF welder designed in a dual-table layout – one table above another – allowing operation by a single operator and significant space savings on the production floor. The machine is equipped with automatic worktables and the ATS™ full power control system, ensuring a smooth and precise welding process.
It is ideal for welding PVC, TPU, PET films and PU foams, with output power options ranging from 6 to 20 kW. Upon request, the machine can be supplied with a smooth high-gloss coating for cleanroom environments.

imPULSE R – Impulse Welder with Rotating Head
The imPULSE R is a compact impulse welder featuring a rotating head, perfect for sealing bags filled with liquids or powders. The horizontal–vertical jaw configuration (front–back) increases operator safety and working comfort.
For medical applications, the machine can be manufactured in stainless steel, making it suitable for cleanroom use. Thanks to its ergonomic design and easy parameter adjustment, imPULSE R is ideal for pharmaceutical production, laboratory work, and infusion fluid packaging.

DEPTA NX – Foot-Operated RF Welder with FootDown™ and StrokeDOWN™ Systems
The DEPTA NX is a compact RF welder designed for versatility and precision. It combines foot operation with a pneumatic system, allowing uniform and controlled electrode pressure. The built-in FootDown™ and StrokeDOWN™ systems enable easy adjustment of electrode height relative to the worktable.
The welder allows validation of key parameters such as anode current, pressure, and weld time, which is crucial in the production of medical devices. It’s the perfect solution for welding small components and products requiring an open-frame design with full access to the welding electrode (e.g., valve inserts in medical mattresses).

SOLTRAN SX – Compact RF Generator for Precision Welding
The SOLTRAN SX is the world’s smallest compact RF generator, equipped with the DMS™ (Dynamic Matching System). It enables rapid adjustment of operating parameters to changing load conditions during the welding cycle. Thanks to its easily maneuverable electrode, the system is perfectly suited for tube sealing, valve welding, bag finishing, and other hard-to-reach weld areas requiring precision and control.
Cleanroom-Ready Machines – Safety and Hygiene in Production
