The TECHTEXTIL 2009 fair in Frankfurt am Main in Germany was a great success for Zemat Technology Group. Our HF welders (radio frequency welders) enjoyed an immense interest from visiting customers from around the world. We’ve completed several onsite sales contracts for different types of HF welding machines used in production of tarpaulins, tents, water and gas storage tanks as well as conveyor belts.
Our machines were closely observed by the competitors and received high quality marks from industry professionals visiting our stand from all continents.

Our company presented innovative technology solutions for precision straight bar welding and Keder production, as well as special HF generators working with Carmo automatic presses for welding PVC eyelets.

The professional quality of visitors during the Techtextil allowed us to meet the best professionals in the technical textiles industry and present to them our offer. During the fair the attendance at our stand exceeded thousand visitors. We were able to finalize ongoing projects and sign new orders for custom build machines, as well as close business talks with new distributors in many countries of the world.

We are extremely delighted that among over 1200 exhibitors from different fields our machines and technology were received with great enthusiasm by the leaders in the industry and were safely assured its leading place in the world’s commercial and industrial fields.

Ostatni projekt Zemat Technology Group to w pełni zautomatyzowana, innowacyjna linia technologiczna przeznaczona do wykonywania jednorazowych pokrowców na fotele samochodowe, wykorzystywane w salonach oraz w warsztatach samochodowych.
Zgrzewarka ZI1400 PR z rozbudowanym systemem kompensatorów pozwala na bezobsługowe produkowanie pokrowców tak z rękawa jak i pół rękawa folii PE, grubości 10-40 µm, szerokości do 1400 mm.

Urządzenie zaprojektowano z przeznaczeniem na dynamicznie rozwijający się rynek rosyjski.

Zemat Technology Group zainstalowała w zakładzie produkcyjnym grupy ERGIS w Wąbrzeźnie nową linię do zgrzewania folii izolacyjnej PVC w płachty o szerokości 8 m. Jest to nowatorska technologia, która pozwoli na przygotowywanie gotowych płacht w miejscu produkcji. Dotychczas zgrzewanie realizowane było w miejscu inwestycji. Nowa technologia znacząco obniży koszty montażu izolacji i istotnie skróci czas realizacji inwestycji.
