		High frequency welder Model - ZD 10 PD

A two-station HF welder with 10 kW power in the production of PVC-foil diaper change mattresses for babies. The machine has two work stations which enable two operators to work at the same time. This feature allows for high production efficiency.
Movable work tables situated at the sides of the machine enable easy and fast placement of components to be processed.

Due to a special structure and unique shape of the electrode, a lasting and aesthetic cut-off weld may be obtained during a single working cycle. The welding cycle is PLC controlled. In addition, the machine has a fast anti-punchthrough system and an optional heating platen of the electrode.
