| Homeothermal rotary table welder ZSKP 1200 is designated for welding blister packs with blister cards covered with special glue. It is equipped with cardboard feeding device, a homeothermal electrode and a stand for collecting welded blisters. The machine version described below is semi-automatic, i.e. only arranging mouldings and products, which are to be packed, and supplementing cardboards drawn by the feeding device is done by hand. |
Other activities such as passing cardboards for mouldings, welding, and taking off blisters are completed by a machine, which to a large extend increases working comfort and the efficiency of production (four activities are being completed simultaneously). The welder is equipped with a rotary table with 4 positioners, which turns through an angle of 90°.
