Homeothermal welder ZUSD type is designed for welding PE, PP,PET A PVC as well as other termoplastic films. The mode of welding depends on the equipment applied on the machine. Thus, it is possible to produce different types of packeges:
BLISTER
+ packeging by welding blister packs with blister cards covered with special glue
ICE BAGS
+ two pieces of film or half sleeve welded together to form a cross -welded ice - bag

ZUSD Homeothermal welders are equipped with a pneumatic drive of the heating plate.
The two work tables of 450 x 800 mm are moved by manual or pneumatic control.
ZUSD Homeothermal welders are produced in 2 versions:
+ 1 work table
+ 2 work tables
The client can also choose the dimentions of work table area:
400 x 600 mm or 450 x 800 mm.
