Buildex 2010
Our company took part in the largest building industry fair in the Middle East, BUILDEX 2010 in Syria. We exhibited with our strategic partner in the region, the Lebanese-Syrian company Luxury Design. Syria is strategically located in the heart of the Fertile Crescent. Despite the scenery and the antiquities, it lives in a very tough neighborhood with bordering countries, Still, it has a lot going for it: oil; a young, rapidly growing population of 24 million people; an expanding, entrepreneurial (albeit somewhat primitive) economy; minuscule external debt; a stable currency; and only a small budget deficit. Real, non-oil GDP has been growing 7-8 percent a year. A recent World Bank report ranked Syria first in "minimizing the costs to business of violence and crime" but "problematic in terms of bureaucracy, infrastructure, and access to financing." A highly successful expat population pours money back into the mother country, and the potential for tourism is immense.
With Syria looking to win some $40bn in foreign investment over the next five years however, and our company also looking to extend its business reach in the Middle East we believe that this country is the next emerging market in the region and thus the sales potential for our machines and technologies is quite substantial.
The crowds of potential customers at the fair were simply overwhelming at times and our staff had difficult time satisfying all questions and inquiries. The HF Welding technology is rather unknown in the region and many small start-up companies were searching for just the right size equipment we can deliver for their project, be that in PVC/PU film welding, packaging high frequency sealing or RF drying/shaping of MDF and plywood boards.
Our partner, The Luxury Design provided excellent PR and technical service presenting the Stretch Ceiling technology and allowing Zemat Technology Group to introduce machines for High Frequency Welding. Both companies received praises from individual, businessmen and government officials as well. Such recognition means a lot to us, in view of the esteemed position our company holds in technology circles worldwide. This represents a significant recognition and an additional incentive for us to pursue our efforts in terms of new business development, product and service diversification, and internal expansion towards major Syrian and Middle Eastern prime locations.

Drema Fair 2010
Between April 13-16, 2010 at DREMA FURNICA the wood industry trade fair in Poznan,
Poland we presented - apart from HF generators and hydraulic presses - two new
corrgated cardboard box making machines of our original design which were qualified
as "NEW PRODUCTS" in the fair.
The first machine which we presented was BOXmat 2400 for short run production of
boxes or large scale box manufacturing. The machines are designed for companies
requiring in-house production of cardboard boxes and flexibility of a quick box size
change. The use of BOXmat machines allows for the efficient manufacturing of of a
single box or hundreds depending on the demand. In just a few seconds, with the use
of a touch screen HMI, you can set up over 50 preprogrammed corrugated style FEFCO
boxes in any size.
The second machine presented at our stand was the box gluer FIXmat 2600, allowing
fast and efficient application of glue on corrugated box cardboards' flaps up to
2600mm in width.
There was an immense interest in these machines from our customers and visitors at
our stand. The BOXmat and FIXmat create a perfect tandem of box making machines. The
positive response to our technology and innovative solutions will open new markets
and assure steady sales in the future.

Open House 2010 in Germany
On March 11-12, 2010 in Waging am See in Germany Zemat TG organized with our German representative an Open House event to present newest developments in the High Frequency Welding technology with emphasis on the HF Welders for technical textiles like tarpaulin, tents, tensile structures and other reinforced industrial fabrics.

The main theme of the fair were large scale outdoor banner printed on variety of materials, most of them on weldable polymers. Our company arranged several meetings with the largest players in the industry and we signed up new distributors and agents for our machines and technology.
The second major market we attracted with our offer was truck covers and tens. We sealed a deal with one of the largest makers of reinforced PVC in Turkey and positioned ourselves for market expansion in the near future.
On 21st - 22nd October in Moscow Zemat TG together with Bagicap Group held the training of installation for the service teams and new stretched ceilings producers in Russia.
The service training was run by Zemat TG HF machines specialists - Leszek Stefańczyk, whereas the introduction training for beginners was led by the general manager of our training centre in Saratov - Vitali Vierzhykowski.
All the participants were given the certificates of completeing the course..

FAKUMA 2009 !
On 13-17th October 2009, FAKUMA FAIR in Friedrichshafen, Austria was the ideal opportunity for the technical textiles specialists to meet and discuss the business issues. The event is the must for the textile proceeding industry to learn about the state of art products and meet the technical requirements.
IONPulse Limited company from Germany was represented by Josefa Berschlmayer - Zemat Technology Group distributor for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Having a stand at the fair we got a lot of promising business contacts and led interesting talks. Some of the clients used the chance to finalize the projects.
FAKUMA 2009 was a great success for ZEMAT TG and opened the doors for the Western markets. Once more we'd like to thank all the visitors for their interest in our products!
Technical textiles summit in Grassau/Chiemgau review
On the 25th September 2009 the Technical Textiles Producers Union Convention was held at Achental in Grassau/Chiemgau, Germany, and we took this opportunity to run a full presentation of ZEMAT's company profile.
Our distributor for German, Austrian and Swiss regions, Josef Berschlmayer introduced the topic, which was followed by the main demo run by Sales Manager, Michal Wolinski. To start, was a brief history of Zemat from 1957 (when the company had been founded) including significant facts from the company's experience. The major part of the presentation was to show the production aspects of High Frequency technology with regard to technical textiles joining with the usage of HF welders made by ZEMAT TG. The participants also learned about special purpose HF machinery that we can offer.
Once more we would like to thank the organizers for their kind invitation and giving us the opportunity to take part in the event.
Technical textiles summit in Grassau/Chiemgau
On the 25th September 2009 the Technical Textiles Producers Union Convention will be held at Achental in Grassau/Chiemgau, Germany. It is the European organisation of specialists that develop and process technical textiles for broad skope of industry projects. Zemat Technology Group is going to present production programme with the detailed demo of HF Welding machine for technical textiles, tarpaulins, tents, shadings, geomembranes, etc. About 50 participants from 20 companies confirmed their presence at the presentation.
Zemat TG will be represented by Michał Woliński, Artur Nicowski and our German distributor Josef Berlschmayer.
SUMMIT at Saratov
On the 12-14th August in Saratov we held the III Russian Forum of Streched Ceilings Producers.
Zemat TG, as a lecturer, presented the new machine SUPRA MAX of 4 kW output power for stretched ceilings production.
It is a very innovatovative machine, not only because of its modern constructure, new, best quality components used but there were all our clients' suggestions taken into account in re-designing it. The most important changes to improve operation on the machine are as follows:
1. modified electrode holder to fascilitate components replacement and use of standard welding bars
2. welding head shape changed to fascilitate the access to the control panel
3. re-designed construction: uniform, heavy duty resistant frame
4. Plexi covered table surface ? table supported ITEM stand
5. LED light buil in the table to control welding track
6. modern, regulated press unit installed to fascilitate very precise electrode stop at any position.
They are only few of all the modifications on the new, ergonomic, long lasting SUPRA MAX machine! No wonder that this machine has been so hugely appreciated in Saratov by all the representatives of 35 stretched ceilings producers.
To thank the participants for a successful summit, Zemat TG prepared a surprise reward, which is the special discount price for new SUPRA MAX machine (and it's previous modified model ZDS4P).

Absolute success!
The great feedback from the clients at UPAKOVKA FAIR 2009 in Moscow shows that the economic crisis hasn't affected Russian economy so much.
On the very first day of the fair all the machines from our stand were sold. Even the following days were full of incoming orders.
We held a lot of business meetings both with the clients and our distributors from the Eastern market. Therefore, we are expecting more orders to follow from some interesting projects.
The machines particularly intresting for the clients were: Vacuum Forming Machine FP3, One-Work Station Welding Machine ZDPS and the Roller Die Cutter.
There were quite a few companies asking for welding machines to produce tarpaulins and pools as well as the special interest that was given to our Rotary Welding Machine for blisters ZDKP.

Trade fair EQUIPLAST 2008 in Barcelona, Spain are a perfect event for ZEMAT TG to present brand new and traditional technological solutions for polymer joining and molding. During the fair we present newest generation in our High Frequency welders' ZDS-PZ line for straight bar welding used with banners, tents, stretch ceiling applications, soft PVC and PU films. The machine is working in fully automated cycle, making highly accurate inline welds along a straight line according to the length provided in the touch screen programmable PLC. The welder can join thin films as well as heavy duty reinforced materials.
Quite popular among our customers became the Roller Die Cutter, which was sold immediately to one of our Spanish customers. The cutter has been popular with makers of cardboard and PP boxes, as well as items using PE and PU foam.
The small single station welder ZDPS we presented was also an interesting alternative for other producers of medical accessories, office products and cosmetics thinking about short run project and specialized trial runs.

During DREMA 2006 (April 24-27, 2006) our company exhibited newest line of Hydraulic Presses with single and multiple shelves options for use with constant heat plates or powered by Radio Frequency Generator.
The presses are quite universal in use and can be adopted for use in multiple production processes - from bending and forming plywood or MDF board panels to embossing and gluing various materials, including plastics. This edition of DREMA was quite successful for us and gave our customers a chance to get acquainted with new technologies and new innovative production solutions we had a chance to present during the fair.

This year our marketing plans included the active participation at the ROSUPAK 2005 trade fair in Moscow, Russia. We've been exhibiting among over 750 international companies involved in the packaging business.
Together with our trading partner Imakor, Ltd. we've presented whole series of products and machines for production of packaging from PVC, PE, PP foils and corrugated cardboard. The biggest interest attracted machines for blister packaging as well as HF/RF welders, especially for clear foil tubes.
We have also presented our newest Turntable HF/RF welder. During the 5 day fair stand was flooded by thousands of guests who had specific questions about our technology and equipment. This resulted in over two hundred solid contacts and clients ready to buy our machines and complementary products.

This year together with our trading partner IMAKOR we've presented among wide the variety of packaging machines for plastics and cardboard our newest generation of HF/RF welders for blister packing as well as redesigned Thermoformers (Vacuumformers).

During May 31 - June 3, 2005 we have exhibited at the DREMA International Trade Fair of Woodworking Machines and Tools in Poznan. Repeating great success from last year we emphasized again our strength in the market by presenting new generation of hydraulic presses and HF/RF generators for wood forming.
They received very enthusiastic reception form the customers considering the fact that ZEMAT is the only domestic manufacturer of these machines in Poland. Our clients underscored the quality and technology implemented for PRH presses and HF generators GX series.
Great interest was raised by introducing complete sets designed specifically for wood industry: two presses PRH and one generator GX serving both presses at once. Price competitiveness as well as high marks for quality resulted in several machines being purchased already during the trade fair.

International Packaging TradeFair INTERPACK 2005 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
April 21-27, 2005 IMAKOR together had exhibited at the 17th International Packaging TradeFair INTERPACK 2005 in Düsseldorf, Germany. There were some 176,000 visitors from 106 countries. There, they encountered 2,668 exhibitors, and a huge opportunity to gather information and make investments. Another three-percent increase in the share of experts arriving from outside Germany's borders meant they accounted for 55 percent of visitors. At 107,340, the largest contingent came from Europe, followed by 31,680 packaging professionals from Asia, most of them Indians. Sizable visitor delegations hailed from China, Indonesia, Thailand, Brazil, Mexico and Russia.
Our Roller Die Cutter machines received much interest and very high marks from guests at our stand. They recognized not only the high quality of the workmanship, simplicity and reliability of design but also great value for the money which convinced even a company from Taiwan to purchase one of the machines.
Apart from Die Cutters we have presented Thermoformers, HF/RF Welders, HF Generators and Hydraulic Presses. The show provided not only multitude of sales leads but also concrete order questions from German, French, Italian, British, Russian customers as well as from such far away places like South Africa, Argentina, India, Iran or Kuwait.
