igh frequency welders FOLDA are intended for welding and closing of folding covers. Our welders with power outputs 4 – 8kW provide advanced technological features for optimizing productivity and manufacturing. Efficient, stabilized and smooth regulated HF generator (27.12MHz) provides efficient power for all welding and joining jobs with linear welds of up to 1000mm.

Main features

  • System of holding electrodes that allows free access to the welding electrodes from the front
  • Electrode holder can be fitted with the upper electrode with maximal length of 1000 mm
  • Top and bottom electrode pre-heated up to 120ºC.
  • Temperature of both electrodes independently controlled by two thermoregulators (+/- 3ºC)
  • Pneumatically powered upper electrode
  • Adjustable working stroke of the upper electrode about (5mm)
  • Total upper electrode stroke: 60mm
  • Possibility of precise control of electrode clamping force in the range 0-300kg
  • Access on both sides of machine to free welding in the L shape - hinged cover
  • Bottom heater displaced by 30 mm comparing to the upper electrode
  • Height from the floor to the place of weld: 950 mm
  • ZTG HF AutoTuning System™ - automatic control of output HF power
